Taught by Katelyn Nemelka-- owner  of Cured & Cut Charcuterie Company, the 2025 leading charcuterie artist in Utah. 

This themed holiday class is hands-on and delicious. You will assemble a 14 in. wreath shape palm leaf platter. You will learn to cut and style cheeses, make prosciutto ruffles, salami roses, talk about pairings, and will get to sample some of Katelyn Nemlka's favorite artisan cheeses. 

Class will begin at 7pm and will run about 90 minutes.
