Olive Oils & Vinegars: Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Unopened bottles last 18-24 months. Once opened, use within 12-18 months for best quality.
Honey: Store at room temperature. Crystallization is natural—simply warm in a water bath to restore. Shelf life is indefinite.
Dry Goods (Granola, Sugars, Salts): Store in airtight containers in a cool, dry place. Best within 6-12 months of opening.
