"Coastal Fishing Village of Vitemölla"
Capture the lively charm and coastal warmth of southern Sweden with this mid-century oil painting by artist Birger Hamborn. Depicting the picturesque fishing hamlet of Vitemölla, the composition features local figures strolling along a dirt path flanked by wooden fishing boats and cottages with red-tiled roofs. Set against lush green rolling hills beneath a soft, cloud-dusted sky, the scene is rendered with expressive, textured brushwork in a rich palette of terracotta, cobalt blue, moss green, and warm ochre. Inscribed "Hamborn / Vitemölla" on the reverse, this original work comes housed in its vintage silver-gilt profile frame with an off-white inner border.
