Pump Street Single Origin Chocolate Bar, 70g

$12.00 Sale

Pump Street's single-origin bars are chocolate with nothing folded in. Each one is made bean to bar in Suffolk from the cocoa of a single farm or cooperative, so the beans themselves set the flavor, from creamy and caramel-like to bright and fruity. Every bar is 70g.

  • Togo Swiss Milk (44% milk, Kekeli Cooperative, Togo): baked cheesecake, nutmeg, fudge. Gold, Academy of Chocolate Awards.
  • Ecuador (85% dark, Hacienda Victoria): black cherry, jasmine, toasted walnut
  • Peru (72% dark, Don Ramon's farm, La Pareja): blackberry, warm spice, ripe peach. Made from rare Piura Blanco white cacao. Silver, International Chocolate Awards.
  • Jamaica (75% dark, Bachelor's Hall Estate; limited edition): sweet tahini, raisin, honeyed rum. Silver, Academy of Chocolate Awards.

The Togo bar contains milk. See the wrapper for full ingredients and allergens.

About Pump Street
Pump Street began in November 2010, when father and daughter Chris and Joanna Brennan opened a bakery in a 15th-century building on the market square in Orford, a village on the Suffolk coast. Chris was a self-taught baker, and in 2012 they started making chocolate from the bean in the bakery's pastry kitchen. It's chocolate made by bakers, which is why so many of their bars have real bread and pastry folded in. The bakery still sits on Orford's market square today.
