The cup that started it all. PURE is dark, unsweetened drinking cocoa built on high-fat Dutch-process cocoa — the same alkalized, cocoa-butter-rich style you'd be handed in a café in Amsterdam or Vienna. Round, deep, low in acidity, and thick enough to coat the spoon.
Six ingredients, no fillers: Dutch cocoa, grass-fed bovine collagen (types I & III), hemp heart protein, organic Saigon cinnamon, and Redmond Real Salt mined right here in the Heber Valley. Eight grams of protein per serving, and because it's unsweetened, the cup is yours to finish — a spoon of raw honey, a splash of maple, monk fruit, or nothing at all.
Fijn is made in Heber City by Annie Bradley and her family, in small batches, third-party tested for heavy metals and purity. The name is Dutch for refined — which is the whole idea, in the cocoa and in the ten minutes you spend drinking it.
To make it: stir one scoop into 8 oz of hot water, milk, or your milk of choice until dissolved. Sweeten to taste. For iced, dissolve into a little warm liquid first, then add cold milk and ice.
