Raspberry Silk
Dark chocolate and raspberry, the way a Belgian chocolatier would put it together. Raspberry Silk lays tart, perfumed raspberry over Fijn's high-fat Dutch-process cocoa — fruit and bitterness balanced against each other, sweetened with organic coconut palm sugar and finished with Redmond Real Salt from the Heber Valley.
The name is the texture. Dutch-process cocoa is alkalized and rich in cocoa butter, which is why it drinks silky and round instead of thin and acidic. Raspberry needs that body underneath it, or it turns into candy.
Grass-fed collagen types I & III and organic hemp protein are in every Fijn blend. Made in Heber City by Annie Bradley and her family in small batches, third-party tested.
Seasonal and limited.
To make it: stir one scoop into 8 oz of hot water or milk until dissolved. Try it iced over cold oat milk.
