About Rózsavölgyi: Rózsavölgyi Csokoládé began in 2004 as a husband-and-wife project in Budapest. Katalin Csiszár, a graphic designer, and Zsolt Szabad, a mechanical engineer, started out in a small chocolate workshop built onto their home. They still make everything from the bean, roasting gently so each cacao keeps its natural character. Katalin designs the packaging herself, which is why every Rózsavölgyi box looks like a little work of art.
