Fish & Seafood Olive Oil Dip
Fish & Seafood Olive Oil Dip from The Dainty Pear Co. Sumac and lemon do the acid; dill and white pepper stay soft enough not to bully a delicate fillet. This is the blend for the fish you did not want to overthink.
Stir it into olive oil and spoon it over salmon or halibut before it goes into the oven, or set it out as a dipping oil beside grilled shrimp. It is also very good on potatoes, which is not what the label says but is what we do with it.
Ingredients: salt, sumac, shallots, roasted garlic, lemon, dill weed, white pepper. Net weight 2 oz (57 g). Bottle measures approximately 1.0" wide by 6.0" tall.
Pair with: TDPCO Meyer Lemon Olive Oil. Rounder than a sharp lemon, which suits white fish.
Pair with: TDPCO Garlic Olive Oil. For shrimp, and for the potatoes.
